Board certified in Integrative Medicine, Internal Medicine & Geriatrics
An Integrative Medicine Wellbeing Retreat for Healthcare Providers (Physicians, NPs, and PAs).
Sanctum Health, in collaboration with the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine, brings you a premier wellbeing retreat designed to address provider stress and restore lasting balance.

Step away from the intensity of clinical practice and into a highly curated, evidence-based CME event, set in a tranquil location under an hour from New York City.
Developed in collaboration with the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine, this immersive experience is grounded in the principles of Integrative Medicine and will help you understand how chronic stress and trauma affect the nervous and immune systems, as well as overall metabolic health.
Through hands-on activities and deep peer discussions, you will transform evidence-based theoretical concepts of the psychoneuroimmunology of stress, trauma, moral injury, and burnout into practical strategies for resilience and metabolic health.
More importantly, you will learn practical strategies and build a personalized toolkit to navigate stress, foster metabolic health, and nurture the social connections that form the foundation of a long, healthy life.
This program offers a rare opportunity to pause, reflect, and recalibrate alongside a community of peers who understand the demands of modern medicine.
